| 12–13 months | 1 | N/A | N/A | N/A |
| 13–14 months | 2 | N/A | N/A | N/A |
The Western HSCT does not record lateness by month; instead, they provide quarterly totals, reporting 97 late reviews in quarter one, 91 in quarter two, 70 in quarter three and 100 in quarter four.
Delays in reviews can arise for a number of reasons, including child or parental illness, parental requests to postpone, staffing pressures due to vacancies or leave, and occasional recording errors.
