Answer
This report and its recommendations were considered within the End-to-End Review of Special Educational Needs (SEN) which identified the need for investment in and building of a skilled and confident workforce with access to SEN focused resources and support to meet children’s needs.
My SEN Reform Agenda and Delivery Plan, under the Right People pillar, includes a number of actions, and demonstrates my commitment to investing in the educational workforce ensuring they are supported, valued and empowered to build supportive learning environments for pupils with SEN.
