To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 22958/22-27, to provide a breakdown of the seven youth workers who have been working without an Access NI check in place for more than six months, by whether the employer is the voluntary sector or statutory sector.

The Education Authority has confirmed that the seven youth workers without an Access NI check for more than six months are all employed within the statutory sector.
